Winkler Cloth Heater
On the left is a thermal image showing Winkler Cloth Heater fitted on an DN50 Exhaust Line located at the top of the abatement scrubber with temperature range from 38.6 °C to 39.4 °C compared to a competitors heater fitted on the right with temperature range from 31.1 °C to 48.1 °C The process gas needs to be at 190°C but you can see both better uniformity and lower temperature on the outside of the Winkler Cloth Heater for reduced downtime.

Winkler Cloth Heater fitted on a Foreline DN100 installed at customer site showing excellent fit with no gaps around the pipework. The fit is vital to allow good heat transfer and improved temperature uniformity for longer heater life.
Temperature controller for line integration
The in-line temperature controllers can be integrated directly into the connecting cable and are therefore suitable for direct integration into the heating solution or for mobile applications that are frequently installed and uninstalled.
